As our CFO, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of namuk. You’ll oversee all aspects of our financial management, from strategic planning to financial reporting, risk management, and operational efficiencies.

Leading a team of motivated professionals, you will be at the forefront of our rapidly growing start-up. You partner with the co-CEOs and the entire team to drive growth, improve profitability, and support our commitment to sustainability in our products and business practices.

Responsible for the financial operations, including financial reporting and controlling, forecasting and cash flow management
Responsible for preparing quarterly and annual reports to the board, highlighting key performance metrics and financial health
Responsible for all operational and planning activities related to production, procurement/sourcing, and logistics
Provide strategic financial insight and analysis to support decision-making by the Co-CEOs and the leadership team
Driving force in fundraising and maintaining investor relationships, including deal-structuring and set-up of legal documentation together with the Co-CEOs
Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other key stakeholders
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies
Ensure financial compliance with industry standards, Swiss, European, and US regulations, and best practices
Develop and mentor the finance and operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Contribute to business development activities, including product expansion, international growth, and sustainability initiatives

Du bringst mit

Proven experience in senior financial roles, including CFO or VP of Finance, preferably within an international scale-up, retail, apparel, or consumer goods company
Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and working with Private Equity and Venture Capital
Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis
Expertise in financial modeling and metrics, as well as a deep understanding of key commercial indicators and KPIs
Knowledge of accounting systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
A passion for sustainability and a commitment to supporting environmentally responsible business practices
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
A strategic and global mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach to achieving company goals
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA
Fluency in German and English is a must. Additional languages are a big plus
