Your mission
As our Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will be a crucial member of our motivated team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy. Leading a team of motivated e-commerce and sales professionals, you will be at the forefront of our rapidly growing startup, driving its success and significantly impacting the namuk's trajectory.
- You will co-develop, oversee and manage all commercial aspects of our omnichannel strategy (E-Commerce, namuk Stores and Wholesale)
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure commercial success that aligns with our vision “to spark a love for nature”
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth
- Lead and mentor the sales and e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative culture and setting ambitious yet reachable targets
- Identify market trends and competitor activities, analyze how to respond and adjust the commercial strategy accordingly to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with our customer care, product, operations, marketing and finance teams to ensure the seamless execution of commercial initiatives
- Develop new technology-based solutions for customer satisfaction and create processes, implement tools and methods to make it more manageable and rewarding to create growth acceleration
- Establish relevant business KPIs for the company to track
